Primary Care
Our primary office in Stone Oak with Monday through Friday office hours provides our Clients and Healthcare Prescribers with ready access to their own personal data and a healthcare team as needed. In coordination with Healthcare Prescribers, Senior MedClinic services include health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses via Telehealth/Telemedicine.
Most primary care is performed and managed by your personal physician who often collaborates with other health professionals, and utilizes consultation or referral as appropriate. Senior MedClinic, in coordination with your Healthcare Prescriber, can provides those services and promotes effective communication with our clients and their families to encourage them to be a partner in healthcare.
Telemedicine visits can be scheduled if your Healthcare Prescribers are not available which also allows Senior MedClinic to deliver non-emergent care to residents in their homes or assisted-living facilities.
